Whipped Coconut Cream


  • 1 can Trader Joe’s canned Coconut Cream (BPA Free!)
  • splash of vanilla extract (optional)
  • stevia, honey, or other sweetener of choice (optional)


  1. Place the coconut cream in the refrigerator over night and chill your mixing bowl.
  2. Whip your cream with a hand beater or stand mixer until small peaks form. See here if you don’t have a mixer.
  3. Add any flavoring desired.
  4. If Trader Joe’s coconut cream is not available, see here about separating cream from canned full-fat coconut milk.
  5. Serve immediately or store in fridge in a sealed container.
