
Baked Mustard Cilantro Lime Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken (breasts or thighs)
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a food processor
- Rince and pat dry chicken
- Marinade chicken 15 minutes to 6 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes uncovered.
