Ingredients
- 2 cans crab meat
- 2 to 3 green onions, diced
- 1/4 cup finely shredded carrot
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 3 to 4 Tablespoons flax meal
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
- sprinkle of dried or fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
- 2 to 3 radishes, diced (optional)
- 1 jalapeƱo, seeded and diced (optional)
- coconut oil spray
Directions
- Mix ingredients in a bowl. Shape into small cakes.
- Heat oiled skillet or grill to medium heat.
- Cook 3 to 5 minutes each side.
- Place on plate with paper towels or transfer to oven for warming.
- Good served over wilted spinach and pea shoots.
